Every time a customer signs up through that link, you will receive commisions when he purchases our products or services later.

Q. Is there any cost of requirement to become an Affiliate?  Top

A. No! It's free to join!! Plus, there is no minimum sales requirement.


Q. I am outside of the United States, can I be an Affiliate?  Top

A. Yes. We welcome Affiliates from anywhere in the world.


Q. Is it easy to sign up DriveHQ Affiliate Program?  Top

A. Yes. Just sign up an account on DriveHQ.com, and you are automatically enrolled in our "Standard Affiliate Program". Please contact DriveHQ sales if you want to join the "Premium Affiliate Program".


Q. Are there any requirements to my website?  Top

A. Most websites qualify for participation in our affiliate program. We reserve the right to revoke a membership at any time if the site contains objectionable material determined solely at our discretion.


Q. How and where do I place the "Referral Link" or "Referral Banners"?  Top

A. Logon and then click on Affiliate Program to find the HTML code. Copy and paste it in your website HTML files.


Q. Can I use DriveHQ's content on my site?  Top

A. Yes, you are welcome to use our logos, graphics, photos and product descriptions; you can also link to any of our web pages.


Q. How do I know how much I've sold and earned?  Top

A. Logon DriveHQ.com and click on "My Account" on top-right corner of the web page, then click on "Transaction History".


Q. How and How often do I get paid?  Top

A. Simply put, commissions will be paid through PayPal at your request after your account has earned more than $20 new commission. When a member you referred purchases DriveHQ services or software products, the information is recorded in the transaction history; At the member's monthly statement closing date, the sum of the purchase amount is calculated. Your account will earn referral points based on the commission rate. If your commission rate is 20%, then you will earn 20 points for every $1 of the referral sales amount. 100 points can be redeemed to $1 of your Account Cash Balance, which can be used to pay for DriveHQ services or products. You can request for cash payment when your new commission has reached $20.


Q. What about product returns or service cancelltions?  Top

A. If a user returns a product or cancells a service, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.


Q. How will you know that the orders are from my Affiliate Program?  Top

A. When a user clicks on any referral links, a cookie is set up in the client browser to record your referral ID. If the user signs up an account within 4 months, your referral information will be recorded in our database and the new user account is associated with your account. Every month on the statement closing date, your referral commission is credited as award "Points" in your account. The award "Points" can be converted into cash balance in your account; or you can request a PayPal payment. (100 Points = $1)


Q: What is our "Premium Affiliate Program"?  Top

A. Premium Affiliate Program will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Companies that qualify for Premium Affiliate Program are our strategic partners. These companies receive special commission rates that are not dependent on monthly sales. They also receive special development and integration support. Companies must meet the following requirements to qualify:

(1) Must have a large existing user base;

(2) Must committed to promote DriveHQ.com products and services;

(3) Have a good name in the industry.
