adds new powerful features to DriveHQ's very broad cloud IT service features, such as:

Real-time Team Collaboration with desktop or application window sharing
DriveHQ supports Group File Sharing and Collaboration with FileManager and Cloud File Server (WebDAV Drive Mapping).
It offers the best cloud file locking feature that supports all file types and programs.
When a user is working on a file, other users can open the file for read-access only. Thus, it can prevent
conflicted file changes or overwriting.
The Remote Desktop / Application Window Sharing feature supports real-time group collaboration.
Multiple people can share the same desktop or application window.
They can work together on the same file at the same time while looking at the same application window.
If they need to communicate verbally, they can use the built-in voice calling feature.
DriveHQ's real-time team collaboration feature has a very important advantage: It is not limited to Microsoft Office files
or Google Docs files. It works for all file types and all programs.
Remote Assistance (You can offer remote tech support to your users)
DriveHQ Team Anywhere is a very convenient tool to support your employees or customers remotely.
If you need to support a remote user on computer software or web service related issues,
just ask the user to install DriveHQ Team Anywhere and
tell you the device ID and password. You can then connect to the user's PC and solve the problem on the PC
while the user is watching.
Access Your PC From Anywhere
DriveHQ Team Anywhere allows you to access your PC remotely. You can install the software on the PC that you need to
access remotely, then log in to your DriveHQ account and leave the software running as a Windows service.
You can then remotely access your PC from anywhere using DriveHQ Team Anywhere on another PC, or use any web browser.
Compared to Microsoft's built-in remote desktop feature, it has two advantages:
- Microsoft's remote desktop feature is
not available on Windows Home editions. DriveHQ Team Anywhere supports all Windows editions.
- Microsoft's remote desktop feature only works within the same local network. To access another PC remotely, you
must setup complicated VPN. DriveHQ Team Anywhere does not have this problem.
More Info About DriveHQ Team Anywhere
To enable remote access to a PC, you need to install DriveHQ Team Anywhere on the PC. By default, it will share
the entire desktop, but you can change it to only share an application window.
To access a remote PC's desktop/application window, you can install DriveHQ Team Anywhere on your PC, then enter
the remote PC's device ID and password to connect to it.
You can also use a web browser to connect to the remote PC without installing the app: From the remote PC,
click the Copy icon
next to the device ID, then copy the URL for remote access to the PC.
From a web browser on another PC, you just
need to access the URL and log in, then you can remotely access the PC from anywhere.
DriveHQ Team Anywhere offers many security and access control features:
- Automatic Password Policy: After you install the software on your PC,
it automatically generates a unique device ID and password. You can set a password policy. The password can be
configured to change daily, when the app is re-launched,
or every time after a connection is accepted. Long-term password is also supported.
- Connection Acceptance: You can configure it to automatically accept a connection request with the correct password,
require manual acceptance of any connection requests, or require the correct password and manual acceptance of a connection request .
- Share Only One App Window: It is much more secure than sharing the entire desktop.
The remote user usually cannot access other parts of your computer system.
- Connection History / Event Log: DriveHQ Team Anywhere records the detailed connection history.
You can easily check the connection
history to make sure that no unauthorized connections have been made to your computer. The connection history
cannot be cleared without 2FA.
- 2FA for Unattended Remote Access: You can configure 2FA for unattended remote access to your PC.
This way, you will be alerted if anybody is trying
to connect to your PC. You can then accept or deny it even if you are not in front of your
computer.

Screen Recording: DriveHQ Team Anywhere can record the remote connection sessions.
If you leave your PC for remote access by another person, you can record the remote connection
session to check if the other person has
performed any unauthorized operations on your PC.
