I am unable to access my storage after login with my account,

I am following the method to try to access my backed-up files but not having success.

All Services, the Online Storage& Sharing, then no link for "my storage"....where would I find this? I am logged in.

If you have not logged on, you can visit www.drivehq.com, enter your username / password to logon. Right after logon, you should be directed to “My Storage” page.


If you have already logged on, please click the DriveHQ logo on the top-left corner of the browser window. This will go to the DriveHQ home page. You can then find a link to “My Storage” in the top-left area of the web page.
