    When I am Downloading my file through DriveHQ file manager it shows the following message
"Could not open msg file" what is the problem"
Please help

Sorry for the inconvenience. It is a strange issue. We are not sure what could have caused the problem. An easy fix is to restart FileManager. Sometimes your network connection might have caused the problem; in this case, you might need to restart your PC.
