I downoaded just 2 MB and, when I try to open a document, it says:

You have reached your maximum download bytes for this month. Your maximum monthly download bytes is 0 B.

I think I understood.

The reason was that I created a group account  with  1000MB  of storage.

You are a group owner account. It seems you have assigned all your storage and download bytes to your sub-account. Thus you have no storage and bandwidth for yourself. You can re-assgin the storage and download bytes for your sub-account.
