I am trying to figure out why my internet security cam has stopped uploading images to my DriveHQ storage space. Is it possible that there is a limit to how many folders can be contained in another folder? Each day a new folder with the days date as the name is created within a folder named "camera". During each hour of the day a new folder is created within that days folder. Every 5 minutes an image is uploaded into its corresponding hour folder. So at the moment I currently have more than 1000 subfolders within the main "camera" folder.

Subject: Re:Limit to number of folders within a folder?

Your usage seems to be fine.  A folder can certainly have several thousand folders within it.  At the moment, we are working on a new feature called automatic file deletion.  Using this tool, you can enable the automatic deletion of files and folders of a certain age- for example to automatically delete all files that are 2 months old.

Please contact support@drivehq.com to further troubleshoot your problem.
