I keep getting failure to upload messages in my option's tab. I have turned off my AVG shield and un installed and installed back the DriveHQ 4.5. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
I also get the error message, that path doesn't exist.
The only programs I have on my computer related to virus, firewall protection are AVG 8.0 and Windows Firewall.

As we communicated in emails, this is because your backup source folder is a network folder. In this case, please read this page very carefully.

Basically, you just need to change the DriveHQ Backup Service "Windows logon account" so that Online Backup can access your network folder.
