DriveHQ has many powerful browser-based features:
You can drag-n-drop upload files
from your PC to a cloud folder; you can easily access, manage, lock, share, backup or publish files
from anywhere; and it supports HTML5-based batch file uploader.
Our browser-based Group Admin Tool
allows you to create, edit, delete and disable sub-users. You can create
sub-users with different roles and nested sub-groups for branch offices / departments.
The "True" Drop Box feature
is also implemented in browser, which enables anybody to upload files to you
without the hassle of signing up or signing in.
- Directly edit cloud files with a mapped drive
Over the past decade, DriveHQ has perfected WebDAV Drive Mapping technologies. If you used SharePoint or
other drive mapping solutions before and thought WebDAV is slow or unreliable, think again and
try our WebDAV service. You can click the Software tab, then download WebDAV Drive Mapping Tool.
You can easily tell that it is much more reliable than any other WebDAV solutions; moreover,
the mapped drive is usually at least 3 times faster; you can even open a cloud folder with over
10,000 files in just a few seconds. If it is still not enough, our WebDAV is integrated with our cloud service. You can use
DriveHQ FileManager
or FTP to download or upload any amount of data.
- Enterprise folder sync: sync multiple cloud and local folders
Many other folder sync solutions are not enterprise ready, e.g.: They can only sync one folder; cannot support multiple sync tasks
with different schedules; cannot sync a folder with too many files (e.g. 100,000 files).
DriveHQ FileManager supports enterprise-class folder sync with the following features: Sync multiple
local folders with multiple cloud folders; Real-time sync and scheduled sync, Sync shared folders and group folders. To sync a folder,
just right click on it and select Sync. FileManager can sync a folder with up to 1 million files!
With FileManager, you can directly open and edit cloud files without synchronization. Also,
you don't have to wait for a folder to finish syncing before you can work on the files.
- Automatic data backup: better data protection than folder synchronization
DriveHQ offers local-to-cloud and cloud-to-cloud data backup
services.
It is extremely easy-to-use. To back up a folder, just go to the Backup tab and click Create.
You can create multiple backup tasks to backup different folders.
You can set different schedules for your backup tasks.
For large enterprises, DriveHQ supports Group Backup service where you can back up many PCs and laptops. You can
monitor and manage your backup tasks from your Group Admin account.
- One cloud file server, accessible anywhere without VPN
If you have a local file server, you might want to seriously consider migrating it to the cloud.
It is hard to maintain a local file server: you
need to back up your data every day, install security patches at least once per month,
and use complicated tools to secure your folder permissions.
Using VPN to access remote files is inconvenient. Every user must install a VPN client and

You just need to right click on a folder and select Share,
then enter the usernames / email addresses of the persons that you want to share with.
You can share a folder to non-DriveHQ users.
Our Group Account service makes it even more powerful and flexible.
You can create and manage sub-users/sub-groups using the Group Admin tool.
You can create folders for each sub-user, and share them to the sub-users with different permissions.
