In many cases, the activation e-mail is detected as spam by e-mail service providers.  Check your spam or bulk folder first.  If you still can't find it, try signing up for a DriveHQ account with a different e-mail address.  Lastly, if all else fails, you can contact us and one of our technical support agents will manually activate the account.
