Hello guys just trying to figure out how to set up my current camera system at my business to be recorded offsite on a cloud. I have a honeywell 16 camera DVR and I would like to have the recording done off site in the event the DVR is taken. How do I go about doing that? My DVR is internet compatable.

Setting up your CameraFTP account is a little different when using a DVR -- as not all DVR's are capable of distinguishing between camera folders.

Understand that DVR's are used to take a number of camera feeds and store in a single upload center. The problem is, CameraFTP establishes connections by creating a folder for each individual camera. IF your DVR is capable of making this distinction, then you will have not issue. You can email our support team a picture of your DVR setup page if you are unsure of what to enter. It will however be necessary that you know your own DVR's limitations -- so you might need to contact the provider.
