Yes, I am connected to the Internet.
Yes, I have turned off all firewall and anti-virus settings.
Yes, I have booted into safe-mode with ALL protection turned off.

DriveHQ still fails to connect. This has happened for a few days now. I've been a customer for quite a while, and this is making me reconsider my account. Please suggest a fix immediately, as I cannot backup my important data, which I do on a daily basis.

Please note Safe Mode usually doesn't support networking. So you cannot connect DriveHQ.com in Safe Mode.

If you can logon from the website, but cannot logon from DriveHQ Online Backup 4.5, then it is most likely due to some anti-virus software or network security software. Please make sure you don't have any 3rd party software that blocks DriveHQ client applications from connecting to www.drivehq.com.

I am use a device (camera wansview  ) to connect by FTP and receive a error "

 Failed
Can not connect to the server

 

The user and password is ok. 

Please helpme
