Just to give you an idea, sometime happend that a user copy a file to a folder and filemanager start to sync, and then the user delete the file and the filemanager show the file with error, so if you simple add a values of minutes to wait to start sync after a change in the folder, I think it could be a function that the people will use...

Very good point. Currently when syncing from local to remote, it is done immediately; however, when syncing from remote to local, it will wait for at least 5 minutes. We will improve in the next version.
