It's taking about 1.25 hours for files to synch from the cloud to another computer with the "realtime" setting. A few months ago, it was taking about 45 minutes. The online help says that a changed file should synch to the cloud immediately (which it does, within a few minutes), and then synch from the cloud to another computer in 5-30 minutes (which it's not). As sort of a workaround, we've changed the settings to "scheduled - every ten minutes," but it seems that "real time" should be a better option. Is there some way to get it to synch from the cloud faster? Thanks.

Sorry we cannot duplicate the problem. Please tell us more detailed information about the problem. We need to know how many synchronization tasks you have, and if you are synchronizing some very large files. To pinpoint the problem, please stop (disable) all sync tasks from Tools --> Manage Synchronization.  Then create a new test Sync task to sync a small folder. Check if it works fine. If it works fine with a small sync task, then please email us more detailed information about your sync task(s).

I experience the same. Once you get to sync huge folders, it takes ages for it to sync.

It seems you have an older version FileManager. Please upgrade your FileManager to the latest version. You can download the latest version FileManager by visiting www.drivehq.com home page, scroll down to the bottom, then click on FileManager. The problem should have been fixed. If you still experience any problem, please call / email DriveHQ support with more detailed information.

If you have a huge folder, it will take longer to synchronize. If most of your files (sub-folders) don't change, you probably don't need to keep synchronizing all of them. You can use DriveHQ FileManager or WebDAV Drive Mapping to access your cloud files directly.

DriveHQ FileManager supports Enterprise Folder Synchronization feature - instead of synchronizing your entire storage to a single special folder on your computer, you can:

- Sync any local folder with any cloud folder;

- Sync multiple folders with multiple sync tasks;

- Set one-way or two-way synchronization;

- Sync different folders with different schedules.
