Hi,

I have a free account of your good DriveHQ 4.0 backup software installed on my dedicated server, that is hosted on a DataCenter far from here. I've created a lot of tasks and have set them to run at a specific schedule time, but, as long as I'm not logged on my server, nothing happens at that time. If I log in, then it starts. Reading the FAQ, if I clearly understood it (sorry, I'm from Brazil), you say that this is exactly what the software should do. Is that correct? What I'm trying to say is that I don´t want to stay connected forever to my serve, even in the locked mode, just because DriveHQ needs to start. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Or is the scheduler a feature just for the payed version?

Thank you.

Subject: Re: Why the schedule is not starting?

Sorry for the confusion. Please note the free version / service is for personal use only. It only works on desktop PCs when a user is logged on.

To backup a server computer, please upgrade to paid service. It should then work. You might have to log off and log on again.
