Hi!

I have an paid account (vendor account actually). I am in the process of testing your solution and came across number of issues.

One of the problem is as follows:

> I have created a free account through my co-branded site.

> I have sent an invitation to newly created user

>Received an Email and new user has successfully accepted my group - that what message was saying

> I have logged  back to my paid account but I still cannot see that user in my group!

Where is the problem?

I think you are confused with the "Group Account Reseller Model" and the "Co-branded Model".

In general, you cannot combine these two models. So that means if you resell the service to your customer, you need to create a new account on your reseller website. If it is a business, you can create a group account for them. They should not be created as a sub-user of the Vendor account (i.e. your own account).
