Is the Username case sensitive?
Does username need the @***.com?
Is the ftp server simply ... which I can't even Paste???
I can connect via HTTP, but not my prefered ftp, likeTri-Backup Pro.
The username is not case sensitive but password is. The username should not contain any space and is not an e-mail address.
