We upgraded to a paid account and now after successful login, the drivehq backup program halts and we are returned to the desktop. All attempts to go to Manage Tasks has the application disappear and we are returned to the desktop. The blue upload icon appears in the System Tray for about 2 seconds and disappears. There are many items that are past due to be updated. Any ideas?

I replied your email already. Could you please tell us if you can click on the tray icon and open the main application window?

DriveHQ Online Backup is designed to run in the background; it minimizes into the system tray area when it starts automatically.

If you cannot bring up the main application window, then it is some other problem we need to look more carefully. Please email us more details about the problem.
