Hi am currently trialing a free account. I have installed the software and configured a backup task -> Advanced Backup  I have selected 5 files from a network share and I have scheduled the backup to run in 15 minutes time (after the job was scheduled)  (actual time entered was 12:15pm).

However, when this time passes the task does not run. Can you advise why this is the case and whether we are missing something i.e. How much time should we give the application to schedule the task. If  I schedule a task now, how far ahead should I schedule it - is 15 minutes too little time?

It might be related with your network drive. Please try a local disk first. It should work fine with USB or network drives if you have the latest version. Please make sure your network drive worked fine and your computer was logged on.
