Click on Software tab for FTP client software. Fetch is more popular on Mac, but is not free; Cyberduck and FileZilla are free.
There are some third party FTP backup software on Mac. You can try it. But we don't provide technical support.
You can also use our web-based storage /sharing / publishing service and SMTP/POP3 email service on Mac.
