I'm able to open files, but unable to download and save. I get the pop up box that gives the progress of the download, then freezes. Anyone have any answers?

You have maxed out your download bytes for this month.  To receive more download bytes, please contact the group account owner.  They will be able to allocate more storage space to you.  If you have further questions, please email support@drivehq.com.

Downloading files is extremely easy using any web browser. Just check a file and click on Download.

If you cannot figure it out, maybe you can try our FileManager client software. Please download it from:

http://www.drivehq.com/downloads/downloadfilemanager.aspx
