I checked your account and noticed that you ordered a monthly 10GB subscription first; then ordered a new annual 10GB subscription after 3 months. You then canceled the 10GB annual subscription. Thus your account was signed up for the monthly 10GB subscription.
I have credited your account for 2 months service charge. So you don't need to pay for the subscription until after 2 months. When you renew for another year's subscription, you can simply order a new subscription online and cancel your current monthly 10GB subscription. ( You can do so at any time without waiting for 2 months! )
To cancel a subscription, you can logon www.drivehq.com, go to My Account, then click on Subscribe --> Current Subscription.
You can also make a new annual service payment / deposit, we can help you change your subscription to annual.
