If you are uploading snapshot images, then downloading the zip files one at a time will indeed only show the short clip for the time you downloaded. Our player puts these together so that it can be viewed more like true video. So you should be using either our web based viewer or mobile applications for smooth playback. The download feature is intended for if something happened and you need to save a copy for police reports or other references.
