Hi,

My cameras can't upload any image since today 12:00 PM. The cameras are OK, config hasn't changed, and I can access them from DLink software (MyDlink)...

Thanks in advance for your support.

Thank you for your email, and sorry to hear you are having difficulties.

Looking into your account, there indeed does not seem to be any issue with the incoming parameters of your cameras, nor does it seem there has been any problem with the upload activity?

If you feel the service is not working properly, please send details to support@cameraftp.com so our engineering team can more closely troubleshoot.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

Best,
CameraFTP and DriveHQ support.

Hi, the FTP server isn't deleting old files. The oldest file stored is dated 28-Oct-2014, and my image retention is 15 days only. What happens then is a "disk full".

I mannualy deleted some files, and the image upload worked again -- until the next "disk full"??

Virajgifts, When you receive this error before your allowed retention period, it means you are overusing the service. Please check your configuration pages to ensure that your resolution and upload frequency appropriately match what you subscribed to. Please email support@cameraftp.com if you are having continued difficulties.

It's not uploading again. Old image files are not being automatically deleted from the server, old files are still there, 20 days after uploaded (Oct 28 to Nov 17). My config is 15 days of image retention. You can check this yourself, if you don't trust me.

Viragifts, we trust you completely - but your issue is not related to retention, it is due to the overusage of your frame rate and resolution. Please delete your current camera, fix your parameters, and reset your camera. If you are having continued issues after resetting your camera, please EMAIL us at support@cameraftp.com -- this is the best channel to receive support from our camera specialists. Thank you.

I am also facing the same problem, my retention is 7 days and still no action by generating the excessive use of storage.
