Hi, your account is fine. CameraFTP service is also fine. We have setup server-side log for your account to check if your camera uploaded any new images. So far, your camera has not connected to CameraFTP's FTP server at all. It could be caused by the following reasons:
(1) Your camera is not working. Please make sure your camera is up and running. Turn off (unplug) the camera, and turn it on again.
(2) Please check if you can connect to the camera's configruation page from a local PC.
If so, please verify that you configured the camera to upload images to CameraFTP's FTP server (ftp.cameraftp.com). Please visit this setup guide document:
