That's camera brand name or model info. If you have the brand/model info, you can check if it is documented in our Supported Cameras page.
But CameraFTP does not require it. You just need to check if your camera supports FTP/SMTP. If so, most likely it is compatible with our service.
If your camera does not support FTP/SMTP, but if it supports RTSP (and/or ONVIF), you can use CameraFTP VSS software. CameraFTP VSS software can use a PC as a CCTV DVR system.
A Camera Name (on CameraFTP.com or CameraFTP apps) is really just a folder name. When you have multiple cameras, files uploaded by different cameras are organized into different root-level camera folders. You can add a camera by logging on to CameraFTP.com website. From the My Cameras page, click Add Camera. You can enter your camera name, such as "FrontDoor", "backyard" or any other name.
