Your camera supports FTP uploading. I believe it is compatible with our service. Please contact CameraFTP support via email or phone.
To support a new camera model, usually we need the screenshots of your camera's configuration pages. Please email us the screenshots first.
If you have quite a few such cameras, we probably can help you remotely. We can:
(1) Remotely connect to your computer and try to configure the camera for you;
(2) You can make your camera accessible from the Internet and provide your camera's username and password to us. We can then connect to your camera using a web browser and configure it for you.
