After installing the program I selected the type of files I wanted to back up and directed them to go to my jump drive F.

Since I in error included pictures the zip drive was of course filled up and the backup stopped,

I wanted to go to my filled up F drive, open the file and delete all the backed up photos.  But there is no way I can see what is on the drive, open it to delete those and I think I will then be OK,

Help please.

Subject: Re: DELETING FILES FROM DISK I BACKED UP TO

Sorry I am not sure if you are using DriveHQ Online Backup? It seems to be some 3rd party backup application?

DriveHQ Online Backup can only backup files to our online storage, not to a jump drive.

If you need to delete files already backed up on server, you can go to Manage Tasks screen, select the task, click on Edit, and then click on "Delete Un-used Files on Server"
