Hello,

I installed the new version of Drive Mapping (6.1.332) and everything became quite slow. I'm using WIndows 11 and File Explorer to open folders, etc. Everything is much slower than it was in the previous version.

I restarted the PC, reinstalled the software but the slowness remained. Luckily I still had the installation file for version 6.1.307. I removed the new version and installed 6.1.307 and everything went back to normal. Quick navigation through folders, etc.

I don't know if anyone else had this problem, but I decided to report my experience with the new version 6.1.332.

For now, I'll have to stick with the old version. If you can help, I would appreciate it.

Sorry we are not aware of this issue. I could not duplicate it here. Could you please tell us the detailed information that you encountered? Is it slow in opening a specific folder / file, or is it slow to open any folders / files?

Please note all DriveHQ (and CameraFTP) software / mobile apps include a built-in feature for trouble shooting: Send event logs to support. For the drive mapping tool, please click Advanced -> Event logs -> Send event logs to support. Could you please install the latest version again, and if the problem can be duplicated, can you send the logs to support? Our engineers will then check it and try to get back to you in a couple days.

In some rare cases, we might need to remotely access your PC to check the problem. If so, you need to install DriveHQ Team Anywhere and email us your device ID and password. You can download DriveHQ Team Anywhere on DriveHQ.com, click Software.
