Website still not acessible after deposit

I just deposited 3 USD into my account to experience the service as a true member. But after I deposited and saw account balance change to 3.00 usd, the website is till not getting through.
Why is this? Help!

If you are a True or Paid member, you can logon
www.drivehq.com
, go to Online Storage & Sharing --> Publish --> Publish My Webiste, then disable and re-enable your website.
